Hello. We hope you had a lovely Easter break. Our new yoga term begins on Tuesday 22 April 2025, and group classes are available to book via the timetable below. If you are interested in joining a course that has already started, then it is not too late, and we can adjust the fee accordingly.  If you would prefer a Private Yoga Session, please get in touch.  If you would rather practice yoga at home, please join our monthly yoga video playlist membership.  Regretfully, we do not offer drop-in classes.

Our Classes

We offer a wide variety yoga classes for everybody, and yoga therapy, yoga for healthy lower backs and other yoga courses, and workshops; that span several styles of yoga, in order to suit a diverse range of requirements, experiences and goals.  Please contact us for further information.
