Home School Yoga
If your child or children are home schooled or if you flexi-school your child, you may want to include yoga into your home curriculum each week. Physical Education can include play but also health, fitness, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, meditation, respect for others, stress management and goal setting. And yoga encompasses all of those elements. Maintaining fitness and good mental health is essential to your children’s growth, academic success, positive self-esteem and overall well-being.
If you would like us to help you set up the health and wellbeing section of your child’s curriculum please get in touch. We teach yoga, yoga therapy and wellbeing classes face-to-face/ in person in our warm and welcoming home yoga studio, or in your home. We can also offer the classes live, online and remotely via Zoom. Or we can provide you with your child’s own yoga channel, to dip into whenever you need, and these are pre recorded yoga sessions that you can watch anytime. You can join in too, as parents and carers are very welcome. You can also leave your child with us for their yoga session, while you catch up on your own work, or business.
Why not form a small group of children for us to take, if you’d like to make this a fun and social event for your child?
