Join us on Wednesday morning at 11am for Mummy Yoga With Baby.
Post baby yoga can not only helps you to recover from the birth, it can help you strengthen your body, uplift you, tone you, relax you and enable you to reconnect with the real you.
Feeling strong and healthy after pregnancy can take time, and there is no rush. You need to have realistic expectations and do so gently and at the right pace for you. You will no doubt be exhausted, but if your baby is over 6 weeks old it may be time to start considering starting a yoga programme. You can come with your baby or on your own.
If your baby needs a feed or a change then that is fine, as your baby will be your main priority in class.

A bottle of water for you to drink, especially if breast feeding
A blanket to rest baby on
A mug for the last group class, where we will have tea
Unfortunately we don’t have a buggy park or space inside for buggies, so if you could leave those at home/in the car, we would be very grateful.
