Day 28 Yoga For Head Pain & Aches & Migraines
If you suffer with head pain, headaches or migraines and before you reach for the painkillers, why not give this yoga class a go? This is also a lovely class if you feel tense, or stressed, as it aims to soothe and calm you.

Our flowing sequence today is designed to work the whole body. Our focus is on the humble forward fold. These stretch out the back body. They are quietening and introspective and inward facing. So although today’s yoga practice leads to a strong open flow, it’s also a calming one. We start in child pose.
Today’s yoga practice is Core Blitz Yoga!! It focuses on strengthening the core, the abs and the back! The muscles of your abs stabilise your torso to maintain good posture. Strong abs and back muscles are crucial for preventing lower back pain and injury.
