It’s Day 4 of our March Tone Up & Stress Down Yoga Challenge! Laurence takes us Back to Basics. Try and approach today’s yoga class as someone fresh to yoga, and maybe you will hear something that improves your postures or allows you to feel them in a different way. Today’s yoga sequence is designed to open, stretch and tone the whole body from the head to the toes.
This is Warrior I and the common mistake is to not have your hips or chest square onto the front of your mat. Consciously remind yourself that the hips and chest need to be parallel to the front of the mat and pivot your right hip forward if the left leg is in front.
