Day 5 Uplifting Yoga

We are on Day 5 of the March Yoga Challenge and it’s Uplifting Yoga! This yoga flow is designed to make you feel good and happy. Our aim is to make you feel uplifted! This yoga sequence will create an upward flow of energy. We work upwards from the toes to the crown of the head and through the chakras. See you soon!
