Day 3 No Wrists For The Wicked Yoga!

As the title suggests, today’s practice is non-weight bearing on the arms and does not involve the wrists. So, if you need to rest the wrists, arms and shoulders, this practice is for you.

Our flowing sequence today will build stamina and lower body strength; and hamstring, hip and spine flexibility.

In Warrior II above, be aware of the opposite movements of the thigh bones in each leg: the front leg externally rotates (engage your outer thigh muscles to stabilise the leg) – the back leg internally rotates (engage your inner thigh muscles to stabilise the leg).
