Day 2 Arms Abs And Attitude Yoga

Arms, Abs and Attitude is today’s yoga class theme, for Day 2 of our April 2021 New Yoga Yoga Journey.  Today we work the whole body, but with emphasis on the abs and arms. And, you can work with attitude, (with power, energy and a little bit of aggression,) or have a more laid back approach. Whatever your attitude, be aware of how this practice can be adapted to suit your mood!

We start on the floor in apanasana on our backs, with a settling, before we work the abs and flow through a vinyasa practice. This yoga class will work the arms and core and build strength, flexibility, warmth and stamina.  This will fire up your metabolism and immune systems.

It is suitable for all. Be kind to yourself and take the posture/pose or sequence variation that is right for you today. This yoga lesson finishes with a short relaxation/ yoga nidra meditation.
