Day 19 Burn Baby Burn Yoga!
Today’s yoga practice is a hot one! Get ready to “Burn, Baby, Burn!” We flow and twist to create heat in the body. This heat helps us to boost the immune system, speed up the metabolism and digestive system, increasing the fire in the belly.
This gives us strength , confidence and helps to motivate us in our daily lives.
We flow through Surya Namasakar, Surya Namasakara A and B, a Warrior flow, wide legged forward folds and rotations and plank crunches and yogic cycles.
