Day 18 Upper Back Yoga
Today’s yoga sequence is a full body flow with an emphasis on releasing and opening the upper back, neck and shoulders.
The upper back and neck is where we often hold tension, so taking time in forward folds, twisting and stretching this space will increase the upper back’s strength and flexibility.
