Day 17 Younger Spine Yoga For Backs

Today’s  yoga sequence will help you increase mobility and flexibility in the spine.

It’s said that you are only as young and healthy as your spine is strong and supple.

So this practice moves the spine in 6 directions, flexion and extension, lateral flexion and extension and rotation to the left and right. It’s a flowing sequence that will increase the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients to the spine and its surrounding tissues.
