Day 16 Just Abs Yoga

Today’s yoga practice focuses on strengthening the core, the abs and the back! The muscles of your abs stabilise your torso to maintain good posture. Strong abs and back muscles are crucial for preventing lower back pain and injury.

Toning your abs will give you a flatter tummy and slimmer waist. Having a slimmer waistline will lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and countless other illnesses.
