New Yoga Timetable

Hi.  We have just added our early summer classes to the Yoga Schedule for the new term ahead.  The classes will resume after half term on Wednesday 3 June 2026. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are £78 for the 6 week term and the Tuesday classes are £65 for 5 the week term. WE ALSO HAVE A BRAND NEW CLASS:  DEEP RELAXATION AND MEDITATION ON MONDAYS AT 11AM. NEW CLASS!! Deep Relaxation and Meditation Mondays at 10.45AM £78 for the 6 week course

We are excited to tell you about our NEW Deep Relaxation Class.  This will be on Mondays at 10.45AM for 60 minutes each week.

This class combines a little gentle yoga, guided meditation, relaxation, and pranayama (breath work,) to help calm the body and quieten the mind. It is designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing. The session moves at a slow, accessible pace with simple yoga postures to release physical tension, followed by breathing practices to regulate the nervous system. You will then be guided into meditation and deep relaxation to promote mental clarity and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this class offers a peaceful space to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

A class that combines Yin Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra works as a complete mind and body practice, that helps you slow down, release tension, and fully reset. Yin Yoga gently opens the body and targets deep layers of connective tissue, which helps improve flexibility and ease physical stiffness. This physical release is supported by Pranayama, which uses controlled breathing to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body into a more balanced state. As the body relaxes, Meditation helps quiet mental activity, improving focus and reducing overthinking; while Yoga Relaxation guides you into a deep state of rest that supports emotional recovery and restores energy.

Together, the class creates a powerful experience of physical release, mental calm, and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more aware of both body and mind.

August Yoga Classes

We will be holding classes in August too and dates will follow. These will be pre-bookable, drop-in classes, at £15 per 60 minute session; so you can pick and choose the classes you’d like, allowing you to maintain your yoga practice over the summer and fit around your own summer plans! These will be on:

Fridays 9.30am Morning Yoga Flow

Join us for Private Yoga

Our private yoga classes are designed around your individual needs, whether physical, emotional or medical. They are ideal if you are new to yoga and would like personal guidance before joining a group class, or if you want extra support to improve fitness, build confidence or work around an injury. We can also help with stress relief, relaxation, back pain, pregnancy support and Yoga Therapy in a calm, private setting.

We offer one-to-one sessions, two-to-one classes and small group classes to suit you. Classes take place in our peaceful yoga space in Walton-on-Thames with Faye Koe. Prices start from £60 per hour, and we currently have limited availability, so please get in touch for more information or to book a space.  These are continuing into the summer in July and August.

Each month, (June, July and August and onwards…) you will receive a specially selected yoga playlist designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing, along with full access to our back catalogue of more than 480 yoga classes and channels. All classes are pre-recorded in our studio in Walton-on-Thames and delivered through password-protected Vimeo links for easy access at home or on the go.

Links and passwords are sent to your chosen email address at 6am on the first day of each month and remain active until 10pm on the last day of the month. You can also access the classes through the Online page on our website. Simply contact us with your email address and make payment to get started.
