Day 13 Weight Loss Yoga & 3 Rounds Surya Namaskar

Day 13’s Weight Loss Yoga Flow with 3 rounds of Surya Namaskar, will help you to maintain a healthy weight, and if practiced regularly will help you to lose weight. We raise the heart rate, move and flow and twist in today’s yoga sequence.

Practicing flowing vinyasa and gentle yoga will help you develop muscle tone and improve your metabolism. This sequence is fluid and works the whole body today. We take 3 rounds of Surya Namaskar to mantras today. And a quick warm up flow, in case you haven’t done this yoga sun salutation to mantras with us before.
