Day 12 Balance & Flow
This is a yoga balance and flow sequence. You will need a chair or wall to help you balance and 2 yoga blocks if you have them.
Balancing poses in yoga positively impact both our physical and mental health. In our body, they help us to align ourselves, to strengthen and lengthen our muscles, and to explore our centre of gravity. Emotionally and psychologically they allow us to be focused, they can improve our concentration levels and calm us down. Regular practice of balance poses can improve the function of the body’s equilibrium receptors.
