Our 30 Day January Yoga Challenge is underway. Thank you so much to everyone who is taking part. We thought you’d like to see what we have in store for you. You can print the calendar out, and tick off each day, as you do each class. As you know some classes are tougher than others, and some are kinder to you; so if you like a class, why not repeat it?
Please don’t feel bad if you miss a day… you can catch up, as each class is between 20-30 minutes long, or just skip a day.
