Hi.  It’s been so lovely to welcome you back to the studio this week, for our new season of group yoga classes.  Our yoga news, this week, discusses what yoga classes and workshops are taking place, here at Body Soul Yoga.

Our yoga classes run through to and include Friday 16 December 2022.  We will take a short break for Christmas and then we will be back in January 2023!  Bookings for our January classes will be live from 26/12/22.

Practice makes perfect

If you play a musical instrument, you will know that you need to practice, in between your lessons, to improve upon the skills you have learnt in your lesson.  So if you attend a yoga class, do you practice in between lessons in order to improve your own yoga ability, on and off the mat?  We offer, to our group yoga class members, access to our video library of over 480 yoga videos for free, so that you can practice at home!  Please contact us to find out more.

1-2-1 Private Yoga Classes

We have a few daytime private yoga slots available if you would like to try a session this month?

Our private online yoga classes and in person yoga sessions are tailored to your specific physical, emotional and medical needs.

Are you hoping to get fit and need to be pushed or guided? Or are you a little stuck in your practice? You may be looking to develop a home practice but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you’d like to try Yoga Therapy to help you feel more confident, less stressed or relieve pain? Maybe you are pregnant and would like a more intimate setting to discuss your hopes and fears? Or you may need to take care of yourself, de-stress and recharge your batteries; and try a one hour yoga relaxation or yoga nidra session? Maybe you have an injury holding you back, or a particular area you are struggling with? Or are you totally new to yoga and would like some personal tuition, before gaining the confidence to join a class? Maybe you’d like to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, with a series of fat burning sequences and Fire Yoga to ignite your inner agni / fire.

Whatever your requirements, private 1-2-1 yoga classes may offer the solution.  Please contact us for further information.  Prices start at £60 per hour with Faye Koe, a British Wheel Of Yoga Teacher.

We have chosen a yoga class for you every day in November, and you also get access to our back catalogue of yoga videos, all channels and previous challenges; over 480 yoga classes to choose from, all for £20 for the month of November.  And you can join us in December too, details to follow.

Moving Into Stillness Workshop

We have 1 space left in our yoga workshop on Wednesday evening 8pm – 9.30pm 23/11/22.  £20.

Join us for an hour and a half of Mindful Yoga.  This yoga workshop is a mixture of very gentle movement, breath awareness and stillness.  Mindful Yoga is a way to move into stillness in order to experience our bodies in the moment and become interested in the way we feel and respond. It’s an opportunity to listen to the mind, observe the body and learn from it.  By doing so we become increasingly conscious of ourselves and of our place in the world, and in doing so find an increased sense of well-being and unity.  It’s also a wonderful way to rest and restore the body.

In our lives we are always rushing and moving.  This is a wonderful opportunity to quieten the body, mind and soul, for a luxurious 90 minutes.

Early booking is essential as the workshop is limited to nine places.  The cost is £20 payable in advance to secure your space.
