I invite you to join me for an hour and a half of Mindful Yoga.  This yoga workshop is a mixture of very gentle movement, breath awareness and stillness.  Mindful Yoga is a way to move into stillness in order to experience our bodies in the moment and become interested in the way we feel and respond. It’s an opportunity to listen to the mind, observe the body and learn from it.  By doing so we become increasingly conscious of ourselves and of our place in the world, and in doing so find an increased sense of well-being and unity.  It’s also a wonderful way to rest and restore the body.

In our lives we are always rushing and moving.  This is a wonderful opportunity to quieten the body, mind and soul, for a luxurious 90 minutes.

Early booking is essential as the workshop is limited to nine places.  The cost is £20 payable in advance to secure your space.
