Yoga This Coming Week From 21.2.22 At Body Soul Yoga Surrey
After the school half term break we look forward to welcoming you back to our in person and face-to-face yoga classes, once more. Our first class returns at 9.30am on Monday 21.2.22 with Hatha Flow Yoga; swiftly followed by a more mindful Gentle Hatha Yoga and Healthy Backs Yoga class at 11am. We teach Hatha Flow Yoga on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 9.30am, and on Fridays at 11am too. And from 28 February 2022, Laurence’s Sports Yoga returns at 8pm. Currently all of our classes run for 60 mins and there are a maximum of 6 people in each group yoga class. The courses run for between 5 and 6 weeks in duration this half term.
