- 1 month of access to our back catalogue of over 450 yoga classes and our yoga channels for March 2022 AND 3 fresh new yoga classes a week by email on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and on the other week days an email with a suggested class for you to take and on the weekends a reminder to do some yoga!! Our March On Demand Yoga Video Journey is called Power, Peace & Positivity Yoga Flow! Join us for just 20-30 minutes of yoga per session, to improve your fitness, strength, flexibility, mobility, energy and mood! The classes are suitable for all and include variations if you want to go deeper or ease things off. Here is what we have in store for you this March:
Booking the £25 Yoga Package
We are booking now. The yoga classes will be delivered to your chosen email address and your will receive a link in your inbox every weekday. Each yoga video is presented on Vimeo via a password protected link and is pre recorded here in our studio in Walton on Thames. Please contact us to book or find out more. You just need to let us know where to send the links and make a payment and we can send you the payment details if you pop us more information on the contact form or email or phone us. If you would like to try a video then please contact us for a trial.
What Does Power, Peace & Positivity Yoga Mean At Body Soul Yoga?
Power Yoga is a strong class for those that like to work hard. It has influences of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga and includes flows and twists to generate strength, power and heat in the body. It’s a great all over body workout.
Peace Yoga is a mindful, gentle and calm flow where there will be space to really experience your breath and how you are feeling, whilst having the added benefit of a luxurious stretch; and a relaxation to conclude the practice. The perfect way to wind down after a busy or stressful day.
Positivity Yoga – This class aims to wake you up, lift your mood and get you going. A great way to set you up for the day ahead. We will work the whole physical body and conclude with a relaxation.
What is included in the £25 Yoga Package?
- One fresh and new 20-30 minute Yoga Class every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, (See calendar above). The online link is sent to you by email at 6am Monday – Wednesday morning, with some inspiring, and hopefully motivating words! You can watch this yoga class at any time of the day for the duration of the month.
- An email with a suggested yoga class to take on Thursdays and Fridays, and a reminder on the weekends to catch up with what you have missed or to explore the channels and back catalogue.
- Access To The March Power, Peace & Positivity Yoga Flow Playlist for the duration of the challenge. (Every weekday a class will be added to the playlist and it’s the place where the yoga classes are stored for easy access.
- A printable calendar that you can tick off as you do the class, PNG and PDF versions available.
- Access to our Members Only Channels and Playlists, which include access to over 450 Yoga videos; including all previous challenges, and Channels for all levels and abilities. Yoga Styles include: Yoga For Healthy Backs, Sports Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, 30 Minute yoga, 60 Minute Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra Relaxation…
You can practice as often as you like… once, three times a week,… but the option is there for you to join in every day in March, if that is what you need.
