MOVING INTO STILLNESS 8PM WEDNESDAY 23/11/22 90 mins £20
We invite you to join Faye, a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, for an hour and a half of Mindful Yoga. This Yoga Workshop, “Moving Into Stillness,” is a mixture of very gentle movement, breath work, yin yoga, observation and stillness. Mindful Yoga is a way to move into stillness in order to experience the physical body in the moment, and become interested in the way it feels and responds. It’s an opportunity to listen to the mind, observe the body and learn from it. By doing so, we become increasingly conscious of ourselves and of our place in the world; and in doing so find an increased sense of well-being and unity. It’s also a wonderful way to rest and restore the body.
In our lives we are often rushing and moving. There is always something to do and our minds are busy. This is a wonderful opportunity to quieten the body, mind and soul, for a luxurious 90 minutes. Take a step back and listen…

Winter Warming Flow Yoga & Extended Yoga Nidra 14/12/22 8pm 90 mins £20 [Ambiently lit]
Please join Faye on Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 8pm for our 90 minutes Winter Warming Flow Yoga Workshop, followed by an ambient lit, cosy and extended Yoga Nidra relaxation. The perfect way to ensure that you are fit and well, physically and emotionally, ahead of the holiday season!
After a short settling, to assess how you are feeling and to tune into your breath, we will take a tough and heat generating flowing vinyasa yoga sequence. This heat building and energising yoga flow practice will help you to open the body, improve your movement and flexibility, boost your energy levels and immune system, fire up your metabolism and make you feel alive!
This hugely popular class is challenging, yet calming and healing. The final Savasana/relaxation posture is taken for 30 minutes, as you rest and gently melt away. It’s a relaxing, yet energising way to elevate your evening and prepare you for the holiday season ahead.
While not required, you may first want to try a few of our standard Flow Yoga classes so you can get used to the sequences, as it may be more challenging to see and copy other yogis in the ambient lit class. If you cannot make it before to our face-to-face yoga classes, then do ask us for a yoga video to try ahead of the evening.
