An uplifting class to awaken you in body, mind and soul. 9.30am Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays and 11am Fridays.
Join Faye for an uplifting and energising morning flow yoga class. Yoga Flow is an energising and creative class to build up heat by dynamically moving between poses. This practice focuses on linking breath with movement whilst improving flexibility and strength. The class concludes with a restful relaxation/yoga nidra.
Yoga in the morning can help minimise your stress hormones and improves your productivity.
A fitness led yoga class to improve strength and flexibility. 8pm Mondays. Power Yoga Flow at Body Soul Yoga is suitable for all; from athletes to absolute beginners and for men and women too. Whether you are training for a marathon, or your annual ski trip, or whether you want to lose weight or tone, gain flexibility and stretch out those tired muscles, Power Yoga Flow could be for you. Laurence will guide you for 60 minutes per week.
Yoga to ease back pain and strengthen your core. Join Faye once a week [Tuesdays at 9.30am 60 MINUTES] for this Yoga For Healthy Backs & Stronger Core class; adapted from her YHLB teachings. Suitable for all including those recovering from injury who would like a slower and more mindful class.
Restore and rejuvenate with this mindful hatha/yin yoga class. 11am Tuesdays with Faye. It is suitable for all; from beginner to advanced level yogis and for those looking for a calmer, more peaceful and mindful yoga practice. You will feel refreshed for the rest of the day, and at ease in your body and more connected to your Self and those around you.
A flowing dynamic yoga class for all levels. Tuesdays 6.5pm and 8pm. Yoga Flow is an energising and creative class to build up heat by dynamically moving between poses. The class concludes with a relaxation/ short yoga nidra.
