• A specially curated yoga playlist of 31 sessions designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and mental wellbeing.
• Unlimited access to our extensive back catalogue of over 480 yoga classes via our dedicated yoga channels.

Here’s how it works:

• Links and Passwords: You’ll receive access details via email at 6 am on December 1st. Passwords will remain valid until Midday 31 December 2024.
• Convenient Access: Videos are hosted on Vimeo through password-protected links, pre-recorded in our studio in Walton on Thames. You can also access them via the Online page on our website.
