Day 9 of our April New You Yoga Challenge is a yoga sequence that will ease out a sore neck but also increase mobility and flexibility in the cervical spine. You may have sprained your neck, or be holding onto tension in this area. You may also have some pain or tension in the upper back that needs to be released.
Whatever the problem, we hope that this yoga practice will soften and ease it out!
