Day 7 Gentle Calm Flow Yoga
This calm yoga flow is suitable for all and will open the whole body, increase strength and flexibility. This is a gentle, loving practice, which synchronises breath and movement. It’s also a great practice for your back, easing out tension and bringing a fresh supply of blood and oxygen to every vertebrae and the surrounding tissues, which will move in all directions.
Be kind to yourself and take the posture/pose or sequence variation that is right for you today. This yoga lesson finishes with a short relaxation/ yoga nidra meditation.
