Day 29 All Body Yoga Flow

Today we are flowing in our yoga practice. It’s a sequence to work the whole body. Try and flow gracefully and enjoy the moments of stillness. Look out for the alternatives to make this practice work for you. We start in child pose. We have some flowing earth salutations, some cat balance crunches, downward facing dog crunches, sun salutations, side planks and planks and core work! It’s warming, strengthening and you will need the Savasana at the end!

We are also booking now for April’s Daily Yoga Challenge.  New You Yoga!  We start on 1 April 2021!
