Body Soul Yoga Walton-on-Thames Yoga Newsletter August 2020
Hi
I hope that you are all well and are having a lovely Summer? I’m hoping you have been keeping up with your yoga practice? But I appreciate it has been hot, and some of you may have had other things/children to juggle; and some of you may have been lucky enough to take a holiday. I look forward to seeing you soon.
We are back from Monday evening 8pm 7/9/20 with Laurence’s Sports Yoga Class. Regretfully we are not allowed to open our home yoga studio yet; and so some classes will be held in the garden, (5 spaces per class); and some online via live stream on a private link.
Please take a look at the below newsletter and the following links, which will give you more information. [It details the classes on offer, please look out for our new: Yoga In the Garden Courses, and our earlier 7am Wake Up Yoga groups on Mondays and Wednesdays, our new Autumn 2020 Timetable and our online offering, and our private back catalogue of live classes, free to all members.]
You can book:
* One live streamed yoga class a week, for the term, (which you can watch live or later when you are ready) https://bodysoulyoga.co.uk/classes/
* An Online Yogi Class Pass (Giving you access to all of the live online classes, except garden classes) https://bodysoulyoga.co.uk/yogi-class-pass/
* A Yoga In The Garden Course (which will not be streamed live ) and if it raining this class will still go ahead but will be lived streamed to Garden course members only. https://bodysoulyoga.co.uk/yoga-in-the-park/
* A Super Garden Pass also enabling you to access every online class and one garden class per week). https://bodysoulyoga.co.uk/super-garden-yogi-class-pass/
* All members will also have access to the private back catalogue of all of Body Soul Yoga’s live classes and playlists on YouTube and the links will be sent to you upon joining. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5V5a7DPuUtYdZ1DGEMGUbA
You can book via Faye or Laurence or online. faye.bodysoulyoga@gmail.com www.bodysoulyoga.co.uk
I appreciate that it is difficult, with the current situation, to get motivated and stay fit during this time, but I hope that you can find a way to get yourself back on the mat, so that your body and mind remain healthy.
We hope to see you soon.
