Group Yoga Classes

Our new yoga term begins just after the Easter weekend on Tuesday 22 April 2025.  There are a couple of Bank holidays, which will affect the length of the Monday courses.  (There are no classes on Monday 21 April as it is Easter Monday, nor 5 May for the May Day Bank holiday nor 26 May for the Spring Bank Holiday).

Mondays from 28 April 2025: 28/4, 12/5, 19/5 (3 weeks £39)

9.30am Morning Flow Yoga 60 mins with Faye

8pm Sports Yoga 60 mins with Laurence

Tuesdays from 22 April 2025: 22/4, 29/4, 6/5, 13/5, 20/5 ) 5 weeks £65

9.30am Yoga for Healthy Backs & A Stronger Core 60 mins with Faye

11am Gentle Hatha Yoga Relax and Restore 60 mins with Faye

6.45pm Evening Flow Yoga 60 mins with Faye

8pm Evening Flow Yoga 60 mins with Faye

New Class! Wednesdays 11am “Balanced Flow” from 23 April 2025

We are excited to announce a new yoga class this coming term, here at Body Soul Yoga Walton-on-Thames. It’s called ‘Balanced Flow’ and is designed to bridge the gap between Gentle Hatha Yoga and the more strenuous Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes.
Some of you have been asking for a medium paced class that pushes you, yet doesn’t overwhelm you. So if your gentle style class is too gentle or your vinyasa flow yoga class is too much lately, why not come and give it a try? Beginners are welcome. And this may also be your perfect 2nd or 3rd class per week, if you already do another class? There are just 9 places.
It is a brand new class, so please tell your friends and why not sign up together? It starts on Wednesday 23 April 11am for 5 weeks x 60mins at a cost of £65, for 5 consecutive weeks. The class will then continue each school term.  We hope you can join Faye, our British Wheel of Yoga teacher soon.
