Day 29 Hot Flow Yoga
Who needs a hot sweaty room when you can use your own body, breath, movement, flow, and twists to generate the heat for transformation in the body and mind?!
Our vinyasa flow yoga sequence is full of flowing sequences and standing postures today. It’s a warming, HOT, toning sequence. We take some balancing warrior sequences and lots of crunches. Don’t forget to breathe. This class is quite tough on the wrists and shoulders, so feel free to rest when you need to, or take cat and cow pose as an alternative or child pose.
This yoga sequence is designed to open, stretch and tone the whole body from the head to the toes.
