Day 30 Standing Yoga Flow

Our vinyasa flowing yoga sequence today is a full body workout and focuses on standing postures. Standing postures allow you to feel grounded, strengthen the lower limbs, boost your stamina and immune system, promote balance, increase bone density to the lower limbs, increase your metabolism. So what’s not to love! See you on the mat!
