Day 28 Yoga For Head Pain & Aches & Migraines
If you suffer with head pain, headaches or migraines and before you reach for the painkillers, why not give this yoga class a go? This is also a lovely class if you feel tense, or stressed, as it aims to soothe and calm you.

Mahasirs Mudra
And some gentle yoga postures to soothe head and jaw tension and to calm and relax you.
