Day 17 Yoga For A Younger Spine
Day 17 of our March Tone Up & Stress Down Yoga Challenge is Yoga For A Younger Spine!
Today we twist and rotate the spine in our yoga flow. We also take forward and backward bends to extend and flex the spine. We also take lateral side stretches, so that we move the spine in all directions.
As the saying goes, “You are only as young as your spine is flexible.”

Today’s sequence will create heat, help you maintain a healthy spine and tone the abdominal organs; together with toning the waist, and opening the chest and shoulders; allowing you to feel more open and stretched out.
This practice will restore your spine’s natural range of motion, cleanse your organs, and stimulate circulation.
