Day 16 Mindful Flow Yoga

Day 16 is Mindful Yoga Flow.  Today we are flowing in our yoga practice, but mindfully and with awareness. Be aware of the breath, each movement and really feel that you are in the present moment. Really notice how you feel, physically and emotionally. We take balances, sun salutations, standing flows and strong planks, side planks and downward facing dogs, forward folds, lying twists and 50 yogic cycles; to boost your immune system, stamina, flexibility and strength.
