Day 6 Get Up & Glow Yoga

Day 6  Get Up & Glow Yoga Flow. Day 6’s challenge is designed to awaken you, get you moving and prepare you for a good day ahead. It will wake you up at any time of day or night and get the prana moving from the head to the toes!  A great way to reduce stiffness, and increase circulation, particularly to the spine and hips; which is where we feel it most!
