We have been working through a flowing yoga sequence called Circling Warrior and Twist this week in our yoga classes. It’s the perfect sequence to add to your home practice. Or, if you are a yoga teacher, it’s a great flow for your students. The sequence is simple and can be repeated several times on the left and right side and it’s fabulous for creating heat in the body, building strength and stamina and opening the hips and ensuring the back is flexible, healthy and strong.
