Yoga From Ibiza This Summer
Laurence has been in Ibiza filming a series of short 30 minute Sports Yoga videos, which will be aired every Friday for 4 weeks from 30 July 2021. So if you have signed up to the Summer Flow Series in July and August these will be delivered to your inbox every Friday at 6am. Watch when you are ready. Transport yourself from your mat to the beautiful locations of Cala Conte, Cala Tarida and Cala Tarida Jetty and Cala d’Hort.
