The 10/5 Yoga Challenge April 2022 Body Soul Yoga Surrey
Do you feel like a challenge? Please join us for 10 minutes of yoga, 5 days a week, every weekday Monday to Friday. That’s 22 short and sweet yoga classes in April. Just do one 10 minute class every weekday, or add a few together, if you have more time. We will send you the links to the online yoga video classes, that you can watch anytime, and repeat again, at 6am every week day. We start on Friday 1 April. Don’t be an April fool! Sign up today.

The weekends are to catch up on classes missed; to design your own sequences; to dip into the yoga channels and playlists; to repeat the ones you loved; or to take it easy and relax!

And if you don’t want a morning email, you can opt out, and you can just log into the playlist for April, or choose from the video channels and pick the class you’d like to do.

It is often said that you should practice yoga 3 to 5 times a week. This creates a healthy habit. Movement of your joints and muscles is key to your mobility, health, staying young, strength, flexibility; and you will achieve the best results in terms of overall health, sleep, low fatigue levels, and general sense of wellbeing.
