May Yoga at Body Soul Yoga – Join Us In The Studio or Online!

We warmly invite you to join us this May 2025 for a month of nourishing yoga, here at Body Soul Yoga, located in beautiful Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Whether you prefer in-person classes, private sessions, or flexible online access, there’s something for everyone.


Group Yoga Classes – New Term Began on 22 April 2025 – 23 May 2025 and it is not too late to join!

Our new yoga term is underway, but it is not too late to join us. Please note that there are no daytime classes on Bank Holiday Monday 5 May (May Day) although there is an 8pm Sports Yoga Class running, and there will be no yoga classes on Monday 26 May (Spring Bank Holiday).

  • 11:00am – Gentle Hatha Yoga – Relax and Restore (Faye) FULL

  • 6:45pm – Evening Flow Yoga (Faye) 1 SPACE

  • :00pm – Evening Flow Yoga (Faye) 1 SPACE

Wednesdays 

  • 9:30am – Morning Flow Yoga (Faye) FULL

If you are joining the course a little late, and you are a new client then we can adjust the price for you.


New Class: Balanced Flow Yoga – Wednesdays 11am

We’re excited to introduce Balanced Flow, a brand-new class starting Wednesday 23 April at 11am.

This class is a gentle yet strengthening flow that sits perfectly between a calming Hatha class and a more intense Vinyasa session. It’s ideal if you:

  • Want to be gently challenged without feeling overwhelmed

  • Are seeking a second or third class in your week

  • Are a beginner looking for a supportive and balanced practice

📍 Just 9 places available – £65 for 5 weeks (60 mins each)
🎓 Led by Faye, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher

Private 1–2–1 Yoga Sessions

If you’d prefer a more tailored experience, join Faye or Laurence for a bespoke private yoga session.
