What time is it? ….It’s the most wonderful time of the year… because Yoga starts back on 1 January 2024 with our pre-recorded and Curated January Yoga Playlist. 31 days of yoga, that you can do any time of day or night. Skip ahead to a class you really fancy that day, or repeat the class you love. It’s up to you.

If you would like to practice yoga from the comfort of your home, rather than facing the dark, cold December days and evenings, why not sign up to our yoga video playlist this coming month? We have selected a range of yoga videos to challenge you this month and to make you feel good, inside and out… There is a yoga video that has been selected for you each day. Some days are tougher than other days and some are more mindful and peaceful. There is a great selection for all levels of yogi, and even beginners.
The email links will arrive by 6am on 1 .1.24. Simply click the link, enter the password, choose the day’s video and practice yoga with us.
Also included in your package is access to our Yoga Video Library of over 480 yoga videos and this includes access to all of our yoga videos, yoga channels and previous monthly challenges. If you are not sure what to choose please get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.

This package is free and included in the group class membership for January group members as soon as payment has been received.
