Day 26 De-stress Yoga

seated, calm, gentle, yogaIt’s time for a calming, mindful yoga practice today. It’s a De-stress Hatha Yoga Flow. We start seated and grounded. We gently work the whole body and stretch, twist and open it. And we move the spine in all directions. Remember to nurture yourself and be kind to yourself today.  Faye xx
