Day 25 Strong Legs Yoga Flow
Our sequence today is designed to increase the power, strength and flexibility in the legs and lower limbs. It is a full body workout too! This sequence will also help to increase the flexibility in the hips and hamstrings. We flow through crescent moon poses, forward folds, chair poses, low and high lunges, dynamic invisible warriors, humble warriors, tripods, warrior III’s, single leg squats to tripod, frog to forward folds, malasana squats and teapots! And we have a great stretch out before we relax. It’s a hot one!!
Working with these big muscle groups helps to generate heat in the body for transformation and weight loss. So don’t give up. This will help you in your chair poses, warriors and standing postures going forwards.
