Day 22 Yoga for Digestion

Today we are taking yoga postures that will ease a sore tummy, and aid digestion. The postures will also massage into the digestive organs, waking up a sluggish digestive system and speeding up metabolism.

This practice can help to ease stomach pain, excess wind and gas, pain from diarrhoea and constipation.
