Day 22 Downward Facing Dog Flow
Today our focus is on the posture downward facing dog. If you are beginner or an advanced yogi then this practice explores everything you should be feeling in downwards facing dog, some variations, and a few tips about how to make your posture more comfortable. A tough practice for the wrists, arms and shoulders. Rest in child pose whenever you need to.
