Day 18 Feel Good Yoga Flow

We have a Feel Good Flow for you today.  This sequence will energise, and uplift you. It is a warming flow and includes: Sun salutations, warrior flows, hamstring stretches, hip openers, kneeling crunches, some crunch press-ups and hill climbers in plank position, dynamic and challenging side planks that are tough and warming! And bridge and core work to finish.

This yoga sequence is designed to work the body from the head to the toes. Be kind to yourself and take the posture/pose or sequence variation that is right for you today. This yoga lesson finishes with a short relaxation/ yoga nidra meditation.
