Today is Day 11 of our March Tone Up & Stress Down Yoga Challenge.  Today we twist and rotate the body in our yoga flow. This will create heat, help you maintain a healthy spine and tone the abdominal organs; together with toning the waist, and opening the chest and shoulders; allowing you to feel more open and stretched out.  We start slowly but build up to a flowing vinyasa sequence that will make you glow!  The yoga twists are taken on your back, then kneeling, standing and finally seated.

Twisting Poses will help to restore your spine’s natural range of motion, cleanse your organs, and stimulate circulation.
