May’s online yoga video membership

Our May 2026 Online Yoga Playlist, Full Body Flow & Hips is coming soon, and we’d love you to join us.

The playlist will run from 1 May until 31 May at 8pm, giving you the whole month to move, stretch, and enjoy the classes at your own pace.

This Month’s Theme:  Full Body Flows & Hips

May is all about creating fluid, connected movement throughout the entire body, with a special focus on the hips.

We’ll explore both energising and gentle flows to release tension, build strength and stability, and improve mobility; helping you feel more open, balanced, and at ease in your body.

Whether you’re looking to ease tight hips, move more freely, or simply enjoy a steady, nourishing practice, this month’s playlist is designed to support you.

Even if you can’t make it to in-person classes, the playlist makes it easy to stay consistent with your yoga practice from home.
