New courses begin Monday 23 February 2026 and are 5 weeks long (Β£65 per course).

8pm Power Flow Yoga with Laurence

24/2, 3/3, 10/3, 17/3, 24/3

9.30am Yoga for Healthy Backs & A Stronger Core with Faye
60 mins x 5 weeks – Β£65 1 SPACE

11am Gentle Hatha Yoga – Relax and Restore with Faye
60 mins x 5 weeks – Β£65 FULL

6.45pm Evening Flow Yoga with Faye
60 mins x 5 weeks – Β£65 1 SPACE

8pm Evening Flow Yoga with Faye
60 mins x 5 weeks – Β£65 FULL
