Hello December!

Hello December.  Hello new yoga calendar!  This month’s yoga theme is Winter Warming and we have selected 31 days of yoga for you.  These yoga classes are designed to warm you from your very core, to the tips of your toes.  We have something for everyone: from a little 10 minute yoga abs workout, to a thigh strengthening practice for skiers, to a slow flow, for a more mindful and calming practice at this hectic time of year.  Here is the calendar below.  Please click the calendar to find out how to join us this December.
