Hi.  This July 2022 please join us for our online yoga offering:  The July Yoga Class Video Playlist.  The curated playlist will help you to maintain and improve your flexibility, strength, and movement this July.  Included in the package is an email Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a suggested yoga class and some inspiring words, and the package also includes access to all past yoga videos and challenges ands all of our yoga channels.  So that is 3 specifically chosen yoga classes a week and on the other days you can repeat the yoga class, catch up or choose your own.  The price is £20 for July. WE START ON FRIDAY 1 JULY 2022.

If you would like to opt out of the emails and July playlist and simply choose your own yoga class from the past video archive, the price is £15 for July.

  1. Pay your fee
  2. Let us know what email is best to send the links/emails to
  3. Add the Vimeo app to your phone, mac, laptop or TV
  4. Click the playlist, channel or playlist
  5. Choose the video you’d like/one we have chosen for you
  6. Add the password
  7. Practice yoga
