Yoga In The Garden 2020 & 2021

Body Soul Yoga

Yoga outside in the garden takes place in our small, private garden in Walton on Thames Surrey.  The class is open to a maximum of 5 students.  Pre-booking is essential.  The classes that are running end on 19 October 2020.  We will be back in 2021 when the weather is warmer.  Our programme for September and October 2020:

  • 8pm Monday evenings Sports Yoga with Laurence 60 min.
  • 8pm Tuesday evenings Hatha Flow Yoga With Faye 60 min.
  • 9.30am Wednesday mornings Hatha Flow Yoga with Faye 60 min.

When your garden class ends why not join us for our Winter Yoga Bubbles that are in the studio?

Should the class be rained off, when the class is held in the garden, the class will still run and be offered via private live stream on YouTube instead and you will be sent the link approximately 10 min. before the class begins.  You can watch this live or when you are ready.   If the class does run in the garden then this class will not be recorded, so it will not be possible to catch up if you missed it.

You will need to bring:  A yoga mat, a bottle of water and a smile.  Optional items include:  Sun block, sun glasses, a towel and blanket, socks and a sweat shirt or hoodie, hat, scarf, coat and gloves for the relaxation!  It would be lovely to see you face-to-face and in the flesh again.  We will review the weather a couple of hours ahead of each class and confirm via email that the class will go ahead.  These classes will run over the September/October term 2020, unless there is rain or unsuitable weather conditions. We hope that you will love practicing yoga outside in the garden with us, because we have much more space to stretch and open our bodies.  The space is private.  And the air is fresh and full of oxygen.  It’s also wonderful to connect with nature and the elements.  We have practiced yoga outside in the mountains and in the snow, so dress up warm and with layers that you can remove if you become hot during your yoga practice.

So, grab you mat and take your time to enjoy a blissful Yoga session with Body Soul Yoga in nature.
